Benefits

Not only has our portfolio grown to encompass some of the most progressive senior living projects in the country, we have grown. Our staff continues to grow in numbers and aptitude, cultivating among the most passionate, talented architects dedicated to advancing communities for seniors. Much of our passion is a direct result of our experiences gained through our Sleepover Project®, where each of our staff spends 24 hours at a community as a senior. At a high-level, it is an evidence-based research project. At a personal level, it is an immersive, inspiring experience for participants—meeting our elders and seeing the amazing commitment of their care-givers. Working at D2 offers a comprehensive benefits package, but more importantly the opportunity to work along side others that share a passion for what they do.
